Technical Application Administrator

Full-time | HBO | 32-40 hours

Among others at DUO and CBR, Optimum Assessment has already proven itself; this testing software is of high quality, secure and user-friendly! Since 1990 Optimum Assessment has been developing the modular web-based platform, Optimum, from Oisterwijk. This offers testing organizations a software solution for all forms of testing. We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented application manager to strengthen the team. As a Testing Software Specialist, you are the indispensable link between the customer and software developers. You are constantly improving and making services more efficient. Your fresh ideas are going to make a difference!
The team currently works from the cozy office in Oisterwijk, in August the organization will move to a fine office at a prime location in the center of Den Bosch.

This is what you will do:

• You continue to guide the client for the entire life-cycle of the service(s) purchased;
• From pre-sales, followed by implementation, training, guidance to production
• followed by management;
• You will provide valuable input on Pre-Sales cycles, identify opportunities, independently execute implementation/design projects with the customer, provide training and guide customers from paper to digital;
• You will perform duties as a 1st and 2nd line service desk employee;
• Onboarding clients, supervising proof of concepts a real handson mentality.

With your expert IT knowledge, and excellent communication skills, you know how to perfectly convey the core values of Optimum Assessment. In addition, you have:

• Minimum college level of work and thinking;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (including releasing and testing software);
• Knowledge of ITIL V3, ASL/BISL, Scrum, Agile, Service management tools (e.g. Topdesk) and Microsoft products (Office, OS, Server, AD);
• Technical ICT and information security knowledge in HTML, networking, protocols, infrastructure, programming and database structures;
• You speak perfect Dutch and English, preferably you also have good knowledge of German or are willing to learn it;
